Currency Converter Setup Guide
How to install Currency Converter on your Shopify store and check that it's working.
1. Turn on Currency Converter in your theme
In Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > App embeds. Turn on Currency switcher, then select Save. Until it's on, the app shows a button that opens this screen with Currency switcher already selected. No code changes are needed.
2. Choose your currencies
In the app's Settings, open Currencies. Search by name or code to add a currency, remove one, or move it up or down; shoppers see the list in this order, with your store currency always first. Add your Shopify Markets currencies adds every currency you sell in with Markets in one step. Select Save.
3. Choose your settings and design
In the app's Settings, choose whether prices switch automatically to the shopper's local currency, whether the cart shows a checkout currency notice, and how converted prices end. Then open Design to pick where the currency switcher appears, its style, its colors and whether it shows. Select Save on each page.
4. See it on your store
Open your online store and pick another currency in the switcher. Prices on the page change to that currency. Checkout stays in your store's currency unless Shopify Markets handles the shopper's currency.
