Where can I find my Subscription information?
In your Account Overview section, select Click here to see subscription! to be taken to your account billing information page.
What is the Recommendation Algorithm?
The app implements a multi-stage algorithm that combines products from your store to show the most relevant recommendations. The order of the recommendations will be first automatic, then global and finally random.
How do I customize the Recommendation Algorithm?
On your main app settings screen, you have the ability to enable or disable options of the Recommendation Algorithm however you see fit. To do so, check or uncheck the boxes next to each option for automatic, global or random recommendations. (Note: You must select at least two of the three options to be able to save your settings.)
Can I customize whether to hide or show the product names and/or product descriptions?
Yes! Visit the main app settings screen and check/uncheck the boxes next to each option to enable/disable how you see fit.
I don’t want the product price to be visible, am I able to hide that?
Of course – to do so, visit the main app settings screen and check/uncheck the box next to Product Price Options to enable/disable the displaying of the product price.
I want to uninstall the app, how can I do so?
Before uninstalling the app, please make sure to visit the main settings screen of the Product Recommendations app, and uncheck the box next to Activation to ensure all app code is first removed from your store. You can then visit your main store Apps screen and delete the app completely from there.
I want to cancel my Subscription, where can I do that?
In your Account Overview section, select Click here to see subscription! to be taken to your account billing information page. You can cancel your charges from here.
