How much does Smart Delivery Dates cost?
There's a free Simple plan. Standard is $9.99 every 30 days or $99.00 a year, billed through Shopify, and adds product and collection targeting and analytics.
Is there a free trial?
New Standard subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. If your store used part of a trial before, you get the days that were left, and a trial that has ended doesn't start again.
Why don't I see the delivery date on my store?
Check that the Smart Delivery Date block is on the product page of your published theme, that you selected Save, and that Banner enabled is on in the app's Settings. On Standard, also check that Where the banner shows includes that product.
Which time zone does the cutoff use?
Your Shopify store's time zone, set in Shopify admin under Settings > General. You can choose a different time zone in the app's Settings, under Cutoff schedule.
Does the delivery date skip holidays?
Only if you turn it on: in the app's Settings, choose your country's calendar under Public holidays, and add other days you're closed under Other closed dates. Orders don't ship on those days and they don't count toward the delivery time.
Can I show a last order date for Christmas?
Yes: in the app's Settings, turn on Holiday deadline, then choose the occasion and the date shoppers want their order by. Shoppers see a line such as "Order by Friday, Dec 18 for delivery by Christmas", and it doesn't show when an order placed that day wouldn't arrive in time.
Why does checkout show a different delivery date?
Shopify can show its own delivery date at checkout, worked out with a 12 pm cutoff, Monday to Friday, your fulfillment time and your shipping rates' transit times. If Shopify's dates are on for your store, the app's Settings show how the two compare and let you choose Match Shopify's settings.
What happens to my data when I uninstall?
When you uninstall, the app's access to your store ends straight away. When Shopify sends its store erasure request 48 hours later, we delete everything we hold for your store.
