Last updated: March 2025. This policy applies to physical products (printer paper, receipt paper, and POS supplies) purchased from the Zoomifi store at paper.zoomifi.com.
We accept returns for defective products only. Defective items include those that arrive damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described. Due to the nature of consumable products (thermal paper, receipt paper), we cannot accept returns of opened or non-defective items.
Defective product returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact us as soon as you discover a defect.
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and confirm the defective product.
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for defective items or wrong items (e.g., incorrect size or type delivered). We do not offer standard exchanges for change of mind or opened non-defective products. Contact [email protected] to request an exception.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds appear on your statement according to your bank or card issuer's processing time.
Opened, used, or non-defective products cannot be returned. This is standard for consumable supplies to ensure product integrity for all customers.
