Unsubscribe from a Clover App

How To

To uninstall (or unsubscribe from) a Clover Zoomifi app follow these steps:

Using a Browser

1. Log in to your Clover account.

2. At the left, select one of the following based on what you see onscreen:

    • More Tools > My Apps. Find the app you want to uninstall or delete.
    • More > App Market > My Apps. Find the app you want to uninstall or delete.

3. From the three-dot vertical menu, select Uninstall app.

On Device

  1. Open the More Tools app (App Market).
  2. Scroll down to find the app you wish to uninstall.
  3. Tap the app you wish to uninstall.
  4. Tap Uninstall.
  5. Tap OK.

Be sure to go through the confirmation steps to remove the app and prevent further billing for use of the app.

Note: Clover bills for apps in advance, if when you uninstall and app Clover with give you a pro-rated refund for the days of the month you did not use.

The refunded amount will be credited to your next billing statement.
