Print Your Logo

Instructions

  1. Once you have downloaded the “Print Your Logo” app, please send your logo and the eight character “Business ID” which is found on the App’s home page to support@zoomifi.com.
  2. Once you’ve sent us your logo our team will adjust the logo to the necessary size and color pattern for the Poynt printers.  This process can take up to 24 hours.
    1. Please make sure that the logo file is PNG, JPEG, PDF or GIF
    2. Please make sure that there are no images on the logo which may be considered inappropriate
    3. Please make sure that there are no trademarked or copyright images which you don’t have the rights to on the logo.
  3. We will sync your adjusted logo with the Poynt devices.
  4. Once the logo has been synced with your Poynt devices, you can go into the “Print Your Logo” app to see your logo, change the size of the logo as well as turn logo printing “on” and “off”.
  5. If you see your logo in the main box, you will need to TURN ON the app by pressing the on/off button.  If the logo is not printing, please press the on/off button to the off position and then back to the on position.

Vetting and Assignment Process:

Before we assign your logo to your Poynt devices, we manually review and adjust the logo for optimal printing on the Poynt devices.  Here are the vetting and processing steps:

  1. Once received, you logo will be reviewed by our customer support staff.  If the support staff doesn’t see any issues with the resolution, file type, possible trademark and copyright infringement and possible inappropriate images and verbiage, they forward it to our graphic designers.  If any issues come up, the support staff contacts the merchant via email.
  2. The next step is for our graphic designers to take your logo and make it a true Black and White image.
  3. The updated logo is sent back to our customer support staff who then ties the logo to your Poynt devices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don’t we see our logo in the box of the “Print Your Logo” app?
Please make sure that you’ve submitted or sent us your logo and allow up to 24 hours for our system to adjust your logo to the correct size and color pattern.  If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact us at support@zoomifi.com.
If you see your logo image in the Print Your Logo app, and the image is not appearing you on receipts, toggle the On/Off switch inside the Print Your Logo app to Off, then back to On.  If the logo continues to not appear on receipt, restart your Poynt device.  As always, if you have any questions feel free to email us at support@zoomifi.com.
We see our logo in the box of the “Print Your Logo” app, but it is not printing on the receipts.
  • Make sure that the “Print Logo” button is switched to “ON”
  • Log out of the system and log back in. Try printing a “Customer Receipt” again.
  • If your logo is still not printing, please contact us at support@zoomifi.com
The Logo prints on Customer Receipts, but is too large or too small
  • Open the “Print Your Logo” app and adjust the “Size” bar to a level which prints your logo larger or smaller to your preference.

I've changed the size of my logo using the app, but the logo still prints in the wrong size.
In the Print Your Logo app, change the On/Off slider to “Off”, then back to “On”.  This will force the system to recognize your logo size settings on all new receipts.
