Zoomifi Spin Wheel FAQ
Short answers to common questions about Zoomifi Spin Wheel.
Which plans are there?
There are three plans: Simple, Starter and Standard. Shopify shows each plan's price when you change plans, and bills you through your Shopify invoice.
What changes between plans?
Plans differ in wheel views each month (2,000, 15,000 or 100,000), prizes on the wheel (8, 12 or 24) and the 30-day activity report on Standard. Colours, text, triggers and your email list are the same on every plan.
What happens at my monthly limit?
The wheel stops showing to shoppers until the next calendar month starts, and shoppers see no message. Home in the app shows how many views you've used and when the count starts again.
How are the chances decided?
Each prize's chance is its weight divided by the total weight of the prizes that are on, and the result is decided before the wheel moves. Shoppers see the same chances under See chances, except that prizes with the same name are listed once with their chances added together: two "No prize this time" slices at 32% and 20% show as one line at 52%.
How do the discount codes work?
Each prize has one discount in Shopify, and every winner gets their own single-use code under it, so your Discounts list has one entry per prize. You'll find every code in the app under Discount codes, with a link to its discount in Shopify.
Where do the emails go?
Every email is in the app under Emails, and you can download them all as a CSV on any plan. They're also added to Shopify Customers with the tag spin-wheel, and marked as agreeing to marketing only when the shopper ticked the box.
Does the wheel show on phones?
Yes, unless you turn it off in Settings. Phones can't detect a shopper leaving, so you choose what opens it there: scrolling, a delay or only the Spin tab.
Why don't I see the wheel?
Check that your prizes are published and that Spin Wheel Popup is on under App embeds in your published theme. The wheel also stays hidden once the month's views are used up.
