Short answers to common questions about Sales Popups.
How much does Sales Popups cost?
There's a free Simple plan. Starter is $4.99 every 30 days or $49.99 a year, and Standard is $9.99 every 30 days or $99.99 a year, billed through Shopify.
Is there a free trial?
New Starter and Standard subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. If you change plans during a trial you keep the days you have left, and switching between paid plans doesn't start a new trial.
Can Sales Popups show made-up sales?
No. Popups only show real activity from your store, such as orders and add to cart events.
How many popup types can I show?
Simple shows 1 popup type at a time, Starter 2 and Standard all 3. Paid plans also unlock all 16 popup templates and design options such as colors and animation.
Do I need to edit my theme code?
No. Turn on Sales Popups under App embeds in the theme editor and select Save.
Why don't I see a popup on my store?
Check that Sales Popups is on under App embeds in your published theme, that you selected Save, and that at least one popup type is on. Popups use real activity, so your first one appears after your next order, or your next add to cart if that popup is on.
Do popups show my customers' names?
New installs hide buyer first names, so order popups say "Someone" instead. You can change this with Hide buyer first names on the Popups page.
What happens to my data when I uninstall?
When you uninstall, the app's access to your store ends straight away. When Shopify sends its store erasure request 48 hours later, we delete everything we hold for your store.
